Yilang Xiang (D. Arch.) is an Assistant Professor at Nagoya University, specializing in the history, theory, and design of modern architecture and urban formation. Her research focuses on colonial modernity in early twentieth-century East Asia. She received the 2025 Young Scholar Award from the Architectural Institute of Japan.

Her work explores the intersection of architecture, landscape, urban fomation, and memory.
